Meet Leah – Executive Assistant at Cross Street!
Leah is the Executive Assistant to Cross Street’s President, Shane Rachman, and the go-to support for our Chicago office. She grew up on a cattle ranch in Nebraska, but would often spend her weekends at her grandmother’s real estate business flipping houses. After earning her BFA in Stage Management and Directing, Leah moved to the Windy City to expand her professional and personal horizons. In 2020, she transferred her theatre management skills to the real estate industry, starting in reception and working her way up to Executive Assistant.
Known for her organizational prowess,Leah creates calm, efficient environments that help the whole team thrive. She combines her creative visionary brain with an operational mindset as a foundation for leaders to fulfill their goals. She was drawn to lending these skills to Cross Street because of our people-first focus to connect clients with their dream homes.
Outside of work, Leah can be found exploring local art and theatre, traveling, lounging on the dog beach with her pup Pascal, or playing The Legend of Zelda.
