Our story starts in 2019, as the leasing arm of a property management company in Chicago. After a few years, it became clear that our leasing operations needed dedicated time, attention, and resources. Peak Realty was born, split off as a sister company of Peak Properties, solely focused on leasing.
The brokerage continued to grow. Our inventory of exclusive units exponentially increased. The Chicago team was expanding, and amongst the growing number of brokers, a demand for a more refined sales brokerage was bubbling. Opportunities for multifamily development popped up around the city, introducing us to development partners and ownership groups who continued to open doors for us.
Soon, we ventured into the mountains of Denver, our second market. As our geographical reach expanded and our services evolved, it became clear that our identity no longer fully captured who we were. We felt the pull for something new – a refreshed identity that stayed true to our roots while embracing the vision of who we were becoming.
In February 2024, we ditched our old name – Peak Realty – and rebranded the brokerage. This decision was driven by our desire to be forerunners in the industry, changing the way you think about a brokerage. The rebrand reflects our commitment to our clients, as well as a reflection of our expanding services and geography.
Rebranding served as a pledge to honor the core tenants of who we, as a company, have always been: our devoted customer service, love for people, and keen expertise in real estate.
