Meet Alex – Junior Portfolio Manager and Broker at Cross Street!
With a background of over four years in property management, Alex brings a detail-oriented approach to Chicago real estate. As a Junior Portfolio Manager, he supports Cross Street’s leasing operations by collaborating closely with ownership and management groups to drive performance and reduce risk.
As a Broker, Alex specializes in luxury rentals, condos, single-family homes, and adaptive reuse developments across Chicago’s North and West sides. Originally from Highland Park, Alex blends local insight with hands-on experience to help renters and first-time buyers feel confident in their search.
Alex’s real estate experience spans residential leasing, commercial and mixed-use property management, marketing coordination, and client relations. He also brings a creative eye to his work as a Self-Proclaimed Interior Design Enthusiast. In his free time, you’ll find Alex on the pickleball court, soaking up time with friends and family by the lake, and getting his steps in by exploring the city.
