Meet Jesse – CRM Experience Manager at Cross Street!

Jesse is a master at all things tech. He’s been instrumental in launching our Business Intelligence tools and owning data and dashboards during his time at Cross Street. As CRM Experience Manager, Jesse leads our data strategy, while also helping to shape how we use the CRM to improve workflows, reporting, and overall efficiency. He works closely with our internal teams to make sure the system evolves in a way that supports our business goals and makes everyone’s experience using it better at the same time.

In his free time, you’ll most likely find Jesse spinning the decks in clubs around Chicago. A self-taught DJ, Jesse’s talent for uniting a room through music is truly inspiring to watch. When he’s not commanding dance floors, you’ll find him exploring running trails around the city or hanging out with his four-legged feline besties, Kaos, Gaia, Atlas. Jesse’s friends know him as the ultimate hype man, always there to celebrate their successes and boost their spirits.
