Kaylee brings a people-first approach and deep Chicago expertise to her role as Portfolio Manager at Cross Street. With four years of experience in Chicago-based multifamily leasing, she’s worked extensively in luxury mid- and high-rise communities across the city, giving her a strong understanding of what drives both performance and resident experience.
Born and raised on Chicago’s North Side in Rogers Park, Kaylee’s greatest strength is her intimate knowledge of the city’s neighborhoods and what makes each one unique. She’s skilled at aligning buildings with the lifestyles and expectations of the people who call them home. A natural relationship-builder, Kaylee thrives in an industry built on connection and collaboration.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business. Outside of work, Kaylee loves Chicago summer street festivals, hosting dinner parties for friends, and catching live music — fully embracing the city she’s proud to call home.
