Meet Laura – Senior Market Analyst at Cross Street!
Laura brings a wealth of multifamily expertise to the team, with experience that spans multifamily and retail leasing, development and investment sales.Prior to joining Cross Street, she held roles at a global real estate service firm, as well as a private development firm, where she advised clients on acquisitions, dispositions, and asset positioning, and gained hands-on experience developing large-scale projects internationally.
In addition to her multifamily experience, Laura has experience working on hotel and entertainment projects as well as consulting for companies expanding into new international markets, particularly relating to hotel development and hospitality procurement.Her experience in hospitality gives her an elevated perspective on how to deliver a high-quality product and enhance the client experience. This diverse background allows her to bring fresh perspective and creative solutions to the table.
Laura pairs industry expertise with curiosity and persistence to uncover details that make a big impact. She’s equally comfortable diving into comparative market analyses, presenting to investors, or identifying emerging trends that shape investment decisions. Her analytical approach, combined with her ability to see the big picture, helps guide Cross Street’s strategic positioning in the market.
Real estate has long been a part of Laura’s life; she’s the third generation in a family involved in the development and management of commercial and residential properties. She holds an Illinois Managing Broker license and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Illinois State University.
Outside of work, Laura loves running, cycling, and competing in marathons and triathlons, as well as spending time with her husband and two kids.
