Maggie leads with empathy, intention, and a deep commitment to building an inclusive, people-first culture. With more than 15 years of experience in real estate and 10 years of experience in human resources, she’s played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth — from developing team structures and training programs to defining the values that guide every part of Cross Street’s work.
Maggie believes that great companies are built from the inside out. She’s passionate about celebrating diversity, empowering others, and creating a workplace where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to do their best work. Her philosophy is simple: stay flexible, keep improving, and never lose sight of who you are — as a company or as a person.
Outside of the office, Maggie enjoys life in the suburbs, spending time with friends and family, and living an active lifestyle.
