Meet Steph – Senior Broker at Cross Street!

Steph is a seasoned Chicago north side real estate agent with over a decade of experience helping clients find their perfect place to call home. Specializing in residential sales, she focuses on condos and single-family homes, guiding first-time buyers, investors, downsizers, and families navigating estate sales with equal parts compassion and know-how.

A proud DePaul University alum, Steph has called Chicago home for more than 20 years. Her clients describe her as a calming, communicative, and reliable presence in what can be an overwhelming process. Known for her thoughtful approach and strong network of industry professionals, Steph is a connector at heart, making sure every buyer or seller feels supported and informed.

Steph is most active in neighborhoods like Rogers Park, Edgewater, Lincoln Square, Andersonville, Uptown, Buena Park, Sheridan Park, Lake View, Albany Park, Irving Park, West Ridge, Logan Square, Ravenswood, and has helped clients across the city and into the near suburbs like Evanston, Skokie, and Lincolnwood.

Outside of work, Steph is involved in Chicago’s queer and classical music communities. She enjoys spending time with her husband Eric and their son, August. She’s also a colony caretaker for a crew of alley cats featured on Instagram at @SwedishCatMafiaChi.

Steph is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Chicago Association of Realtors.
